INTITEC was part of this year’s Long Night of Museums in Berlin. Dr. Jessica Szczuka gave a talk at Futurium, one of the city’s hubs for exploring futures and ideas.
Her talk “Mach mich an! Sind Roboter die besseren Liebhaber?” (“Turn me on! Are robots the better lovers?”), explored what research says about sex robots and how machines may reshape our ideas about relationships, bodies, and sexuality. As conversational AI and robotics enter everyday life, evidence-based discussion is crucial. This session invited the public to look beyond assumptions and consider scientific findings about technology, intimacy, and the future of human relationships
