We’re proud to share that our team lead, Dr. Jessica Szczuka, was invited as a keynote speaker at HumanTech Summit 2025 in Warsaw, speaking on digital intimacy and how AI is reshaping our closest human relationships — work that lies at the heart of what we do here at INTITEC.
In her keynote, “Intimacy by Design,” she explored how AI increasingly mirrors the subtleties of human interaction, evoking genuine feelings of trust, care, and attachment, and introduced the concept of Intimacy by Design to show how technological cues emulate empathy and relational depth. Drawing on longitudinal data, she demonstrated how quickly users disclose emotionally vulnerable moments and sensitive information to AI companions — raising important questions about transparency, ethics, and the risks of “datafied intimacy.”
The keynote sparked meaningful discussions across the HumanTech community, offering a powerful look into the future of human-AI closeness.
